GIVING FREE PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION TO THESE YOUNG ORPHANED, ABANDONED AND DISADVANTAGED ANGELS
Giving And Rescue Early Childhood Development Centre is a Non-profit preschool situated in the heart of Nakuru town dedicated to providing an all inclusive framework for ensuring that the orphaned and abandoned children of Nakuru and its immediate environs get a standard and an all inclusive educational foundation and nurturing.
Giving And Rescue Early Childhood Development Centre is a project implemented by Giving and Rescue Christian Care Interlink ministries ( www.givingandrescuecare.wordpress.com ) in partnership with members and friends of G.R.C.C.I. G.R.C.C.I has been all along since its founding involved in humanitarian efforts towards many target disadvantaged groups among them the children. Constant intervention towards this particular group eventually compelled us to answer to the plight of these little children and setup an early childhood development center.
Our calling and mission is to ensure continuous education for the disadvantaged children and expand the possibilities for a brighter future for them. And to provide an environment where children experience God’s love in word and deed as they receive a biblical worldview that centers around the Lord Jesus Christ.
We are situated in Rhonda estate, Nakuru district, Kenya, East Africa.
ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Since inception, G.R.C.C.I ministries has been dealing with Orphans, Widows, people living with HIV/AIDS, the physically and mentally challenged, people with unique diseases and circumstances in life and street families in the society. We have been teaching them the word of God, counseling them and meeting their basic necessities of life where possible.
Giving and rescue nursery school was thus initiated in order to deal with this issue. The centre currently is able to cater for 40 children out of the 60 between the ages of 4 and 7 years old that was anticipated and assessed.
The children are either:
•Orphans infected & affected by HIV and AIDS.
•Abandoned and neglected children.
•Disadvantaged children from extremely poor families especially single parent families.
The children in the center are taught and trained by qualified early childhood teachers and caregivers in a loving and nurturing environment where each child is valued and every childs ability nurtured. We also have the contribution of all parents who help with care giving, cleaning chores at the centre.

To see the orphans and disadvantaged children being nurtured up in a Godly environment where they grow in wisdom, in stature and in favor with both the Lord and with Men.
