About the Guild
There are four divisions of this guild. The divisions are the 41st Ranger Battalion, 513th Shock Trooper Battalion, 312th Black Ops Unit, and the Remnant Order. The 312th Black Ops Unit is exclusive to hand-picked members by its commanding officer. Application to that unit is not permitted. Each division may have its own set of rules (as long as they do not conflict with the general rules of the guild) and they each have their own style of gameplay. GAR has a military ranking system and every soldier can earn promotions. Those who are especially active, good at combat, and able to teach others will be prime candidates to become non-commissioned officers.
The Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) is here to permanently remove the Sith Empire from the galaxy. If you wish to be part of a distinguished guild, join GAR. We plan on being very active in PVP and a little bit involved in RP. We will also cover the PVE aspect of the game.
This is an active and fun guild for people of any age (mature behavior is required). We play on multiple platforms and games. There is no single leader of the guild as a whole; there are leaders of divisions of the guild. Some people of this guild have been playing online games together for many years and all of the leaders have experience with MMORPGs, FPSs, RPGs, and RTSs.
We are actively recruiting and we will train all that come to serve (play).

1) Your forum ID name must match the in-game name you intend to use in SWTOR. If you've already registered on the forums and do not want that name to be your in-game name in SWTOR, please PM Lord Kane with the name you intend to use in SWTOR so he can change it.
2) DO NOT POST PERSONAL INFORMATION!
3) Yes, we're asking for your age. Answer honestly! You won't be rejected based on age, but if you lie, you will be dismissed!
4) No ranks are allowed in your name! This includes Jedi ranks.
5) No offensive names! Your application will be rejected instantly! Please use serious RP names. Remember, you will be a Ranger, Shock Trooper, or Jedi. Act like it.
6) Star Wars canon names are not permitted!
7) Please do not omit any portion of the application. Answer all of the questions.
