I started photography back in the very late 80's as a graduation gift from my mother. I started my picture taking with my first SLR at Michigan International Speedway photographing the races there, Sports always seem to fascinate me.
I took a very long break from pictures until roughly about 5 years ago, I wanted to get back what I once enjoyed so I picked up a Canon Powershot to re-familiarize myself with all the shoot modes of a SLR and quickly outgrew the camera and it was time to step into a DSLR, Picked up a Rebel XSI which I still currently use for all my pictures.
Today I've come a long way in picture taking, I enjoy coming up with new styles of my post processing and also enjoy teaching new photographers who are getting into it and offer a helping hand when I can.
