I più "giovani" tra i Sun King, quelli che si son trovati per primi sotto questo nome sono Daniele e Ivan. Hanno cominciato nel freddo gennaio 2006, in un casolare di campagna, rosa, attorno all'idea di costruire un gruppo rock che unisse inediti e cover per colpire sempre gli ascoltatori e farli divertire. Si sono succeduti negli anni tre album, grazie all'importante, proficua, generosa collaborazione di Giancarlo Passarella e la U.D.U. records. I tre album Project czar: Ivan, I.D.J.S., Prisoners of rock, quest'ultimo edito dalla New model Label di Govind Khurana, sono gli album che raccolgono quanto Jack Pettinari, unitosi nel 2007 ai due di cui sopra, Ivan e Daniele, hanno composto finora: hard rock diretto e senza fronzoli.
Ora, per il 2012, la prova più difficile. L'album della verità, della passione, del dolore, dell'amore, della sofferenza ... dei Sun King.
