I began studying photography at a young age but it was while attending Savannah College of Art and Design that my love for the photographic arts deepened. After studying Graphic Design, I left college and pursued a career outside of the arts. When I became a stay at home mother of two beautiful children in 2001, I put my love of art on the back burner. But after nine years away, my passion for photography is still alive and I am enjoying exploring the digital aspects of light and color in producing images. I prefer using natural light and love capturing the organic beauty of the oaks, the shoreline and the subtle nuances of Southern living.
