During conventional Airsoft team operations or games most people just play and go home not getting the satisfaction they want out of playing the sport. With the USJTF Airsoft takes on a whole new meaning as individuals in the Organization start a Career within the USJTF that players can set achievable goals to go along with game play!Within the organization we have a Military rank system that is universal to all member teams and individuals involved. Operator is our starting rank in the Task Force serving on Strike Teams as Strike Team members. In the United States Joint Task Force our strength is with the individuals and members of our Infantry, Special Warfare, and Reconnaissance Companies. USJTF Members in these outfits arent just going out to Play "Airsoft", they are honing their skills for "Airsoft" in field maneuvers, and large scale USJTF Training Operations.This is the key to the success of the USJTF Organization as a whole!With the USJTF System whether we be Command, Infantry, Recon or Special Warfare we all work as One Team, One fight on the modern day MILSIM Airsoft battlefield. A New Chapter in Worldwide MILSIM Airsoft!

The United States Joint Task Force (Airsoft) is a 900 Plus Member MILSIM group including 35 United States Teams from 22 States and 6 Countries around the World. All USJTF Teams maintain their atomicity and independence but fall into a collective type "NATO" Style organization guaranteeing their freedom. The USJTF Mission Statement:TO PROVIDE MISSION-READY, JOINT FOCUSED, LIKE-MINDED, AND CAPABLE USJTF AIRSOFT FORCES THAT COMMIT THEMSELVES TO A TRUE WORKING MILSIM RELATIONSHIP IN A TOTAL ORGANIZED DEFENSE OF EACH OTHER AS A JOINT AIRSOFT FORCE INTEGRATED ON A WORLDWIDE SCALE. USJTF Infantry CompanyThe USJTF Infantry Company is the backbone of all Airsoft operations and missions conducted within the organization as a whole. Infantry companies provide seamless offensive and defensive capabilities to the USJTF working in conjunction with Reconnaissance and Special Warfare Companies to accomplish total Joint Combat arms capabilities. USJTF Infantry Companies provide the multitude of combat power and also account for over 60% of all combat forces in the USJTF.Missions of the USJTF Infantry Company are the following:Hold and secure ground in the offensive and defensive role within the mission of the USJTFRelay combat information in the Airsoft role to higher USJTF command Exercise initiative in a small unit role while accomplishing the missionHold and secure MOUT (Urban combat) environments
USJTF Recon CompanyThe reconnaissance Company provides the eyes and ears for the rest of the USJTF Command Staff. Soldiers within the Reconnaissance Company must be among the most tactically and technically proficient soldiers on USJTF. The reconnaissance Company Commander, Group Leader, and Strike Team Leaders should be actively involved in the selection of these soldiers. Reconnaissance Group Members are physically fit and are experts in land navigation, communications, camouflage, surveillance, reconnaissance, target acquisition, and survival. They understand the importance of the Reconnaissance Group's mission and what is required for successful accomplishment. Like their leaders, these soldiers use initiative and are intelligent, resourceful, dependable, and disciplinedThe Reconnaissance Company must accomplish numerous tasks during the Reconnaissance Role.Primary: The Company’s primary tasks include the following and are reported straight to the USJTF Command Staff.Find and report all enemy forces within the area.Reconnoiter specific terrain within the area.Reconnoiter all terrain within the area.
USJTF Special Warfare CompanySpecial Warfare Companies are the best of the best the USJTF has to offer. All members of the the USJTF Special Warfare Company MUST attend the Senior or Master Special Warfare Course Training.Special Warfare Companies deploy on the Airsoft battlefield taking on multiple missions that are deemed critical to the success of the USJTF Battle plan in an unconventional role with airsoft missions such as:HVT / Enemy Commander and Leadership- Interdiction / DestructionInterdiction against enemy communications sites and Tactical Operations CentersThe attack of high risk targets in the woodland or MOUT role Delay Operations / Hit and run Attacks behind enemy linesOther "Special" Operations as Deemed by the Command.

Name: Brad CrawfordBirthplace: OhioProfession: US Army InfantryMajor General Crawford was born in Ohio in 1983 in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Throughout his history he always lived a rough and simple life as a farmer and outdoorsman mostly residing on his own and learning the trade of being a true outdoorsman. Through high school Brad Crawford took a deep appreciation in woodworking, Rifle shooting, and computers (In high School) and later took an interest to joining the Army. In 2000 Bradley Crawford Enlisted in the US Army as in Infantryman conducting training at Fort Benning, Georgia as an 11 X-ray. He received extra training as an 11M (Mechanized Infantryman) at the same location. After his Initial Infantry Training Mr. Crawford was assigned to Fort Riley, Kansas with the First Infantry Division "Big Red One" with additional combat assignments to Kuwait, South Korea, and Iraq earning him a Combat Infantryman Badge in 2004.Mr. Crawford was wounded in combat on December 26th, 2003 in Ramadi, Iraq from a VBIED (Vehicle Born Explosive Device) when a vehicle hit him head on at a checkpoint going over 40 MPH causing extensive damage to his body which he fully recovered from.Mr. Crawford Served in 2006 in the Africa theater of Operations deploying to the Ogden Region of Ethiopia as a Squad Leader leading 12 men. During his assignment he participated in many security and humanitarian assistance missions in the Ethiopian theater. In the same deployment Mr. Crawford was assigned to the 2nd Foreign Parachute Regiment (French Foreign Legion) as a Leason NCO in Djibouti, Africa where he participated in many Joint Exercises with the France and American Military Forces as well as the USMC JSOC. Brad Crawford currently serves as a Staff Sergeant in the US Army and a Combat Advisor Trainer at Fort Polk, LA. He holds a Degree (BA) In Military History and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree.Brad Crawford’s Current Airsoft Experience includes 7 years of total time, 15 large scale Operations, and Uncounted Skirmish Games in his airsoft Career. The Generals Favorite Motto: "“A good leader inspires others to lead. That approach, that attitude, takes everyone to the next level”"
Name: John MorrellBirthplace: GeorgiaProfession: Role-player for the JRTC (Joint Readiness Training Center)Sergeant Major Morrell was born in Georgia in 1976 near Duluth, Georgia. John took an interest the Navy and shortly enlisted as a Bosons Mate in the USN. After joining the Navy John Morrell attended BUD’s (a 6-month SEAL training course held at the Naval Special Warfare Training Center in Coronado, CA) and graduated moving onto (8 weeks of Diving) and Third Phase (9 weeks of Land Warfare). After BUDS was completed John also went through 3 weeks of Basic Parachute Training at Fort Benning, GA. After this training John Morrell was awarded his Special Warfare insignia, also known as the “SEAL Trident” or its more popular nickname, "The Budweiser," is one of the most recognizable military badges of the United States Navy.John served in a (Classified) Seal Team in the Persian Gulf where his team raided Iraqi Oil platforms shortly before the ground war in UM-Basra as a Petty Officer 1st Class. John Morrell currently serves as a Role player for Cubic Applications playing various roles (Insurgent, IED Maker, and Afghan/Iraqi Army Member) to train current troops at Fort Polk, LA. He is currently pursuing his Associates degree in Counterterrorism.John Morrel’l's Current Airsoft Experience includes 2 years of total time, 3 large scale Operations already completed leading 150 plus troops on the field of battle to success, and Uncounted Skirmish Games in his airsoft Career. Professional training classes can be obtained for both Small unit tactics, and leadership skills through the USJTF Training system for almost no cost. You also get the opportunity to attend large scale games of 50 or more players on a regular basis for free, that would cost you hundreds of dollars for the same quality and realism elsewhere. But most of all you get to meet a wide variety of players from a multitude of states that shares a true group minded effort for success.

What is the USJTF Special Warfare Course

The United States Joint Task Force Special Warfare School is the Core Training Program for USJTF Special Warfare Operators. This training is currently conducted at 4 locations across the United States. The Special Warfare School has three levels of training that consist of three 2 day courses spread throughout a 6 month time span. Each course builds on the principals and lessons learned from the last ensuring Special Warfare Operators are trained and proficient in their Airsoft Leadership, Technical, and Tactical Tasks.The three levels of the USJTF Special Warfare School are:USJTF Basic Special Warfare CourseTeaches entry level candidates the Art of Modern Day warfare through Team level leadership, Basic Weapons manipulation Drills, Basic Woodland and MOUT Battle Drills, and an assortment of specialized classes geared from the Team to Squad level in small unit tactics.USJTF Senior Special Warfare CourseTeaches Special Warfare Basic Operators the Foundations of outside Thinking and Applications through Squad to Platoon level of leadership, Advanced Weapons manipulation Drills, Advanced Woodland and MOUT Battle Drills, and an assortment of specialized classes geared for the squad to the Platoon level in small unit tactics.USJTF Master Special Warfare CourseTeaches Special Warfare Senior Operators the Unconventional Strategy, and High Risk Airsoft Operations Principals through the Special Warfare Team level of leadership, Advanced Insertion and implementation Measures, HUMIT, reconnaissance, and Advanced Intelligence gathering operations, and an assortment of specialized classes geared for the Unconventional Role in small unit tactics. A validation exercise encompassing all three levels of training learned is inserted into the course to Validate Master Special Warfare Operators for their future USJTF Airsoft assignments.
