Define eloquence and you will find the name Betty Coffman. A Dynamic Speaker, with the ability to captivate an audience not just with her words, but with the sincerity in which she touches when she speaks. God didn't hold back when he blessed her with talents. Educated with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, it comes as no surprise to find her working with a career in the medical field, helping those financially challenged or without medical insurance receive the care they need. She believes firmly that Health should never be compromised for lack of finance. We are in dire need of a Healthcare Reform that focuses more on people than money. It goes without saying that Universal Healthcare is a platform she strongly stands and supports. A member of The Moveon Organization, she uses her voice and her name every given opportunity to speak out on behalf of the thousands of families impacted with no healthcare coverage. She has a born drive to excel against all odds; believing that failure is never an option. I see adversity as a challenge, not as an excuse Dare me and I will rise to the occasion, tell me I cant, and Ill do my best to prove you wrong. Her aggressive approach earned her The Danforth I Dare You Award her Senior year of High School.. In her acceptance speech, she spoke boldly, "I have no doubt in myself because I have no doubt in God. I can do all things thru him who strengthens me." Her unwavering faith proved her right again in 1992 when she founded The Christian Edifier, a monthly Christian publication picked up by bookstores and distributed in more than three states. A Christian mother of four, wife of 28 years, full time career woman, she was recently honored this year with full membership inclusion into the Biltmore Whos Who Registry amongst professional women of Texas for 2009. Anticipating now getting her Masters degree, she never stops. Now as CEO and Founder of ICON Lifestyle Monthly, she reaches yet another milestone of fulfillment. When asked whats next in her future? She simply implies, "The verdict is still out, Im not sure what tomorrow holds but I know who holds tomorrow. My walk is by faith, not by sight. I have no fear of failure because there Is no failure in God. He is the key to my Success," words so eloquently spoken.

If insightful and intuitive, dynamic and progressive, realistic and practical were enough to describe Tilla Yvonne Baldwin, then you would nail her head on. That is not all that she is, but rather is only the tip of the iceberg. For interwoven into the fabric of her being is the true heart of a poet, who views the world not through rose-colored glasses, but by those wonderful moments that touch our hearts and give, us hope for the future.Tilla Yvonne Baldwin is an amazingly poised woman with a wealth of strength and intelligence. She is highly skilled and educated with an MBA in Healthcare Management, the profession that has been her home for over eight years. During this time, recognized on several occasions by her superiors as a woman of extraordinary talents and aptly promoted accordingly. She is constantly lifting up those around her with a positive and infectious personality that gives hope to those around her. Tillas personal motto, never say I cannot do something, is her rallying cry to all that have given up on whatever they are pursuing. She stands as a witness that anything you believe in can be done if you are determined enough to reach for it.Ms. Baldwin, a lifelong resident of Houston, Texas is a poet whose words touch the common person with motivation that compels them to move forward with their lives as she has despite the obstacles that have laid in wait along her journey throughout her life. Working in the healthcare field in Provider Relations, she constantly gives solace to those that she encounters, pushing them forward so that they will in turn gain strength to push forward on their own.She does not crave the glory or riches that she could rightfully have, instead she is content to help those that may not have the strength or composure to make it that one last mile. A true believer in people she thinks as Frederick Douglas once did when he penned, you are not judged by the heights you have risen, but by the depths you have climbed. Achieving success is not enough if you leave everyone behind.In her truest sense Ms. Tilla Baldwins heart and core is a testimony to humankind, to where a life filled with caring can take you, guide you, and give you fulfillment. She is the angel in the storm that is steadfast and yet malleable as needed. She is the voice of optimism and the safe house on the journey of life. Above all else, she is genuine!

Saucy Suasage Balls

Serves 8 people

Brenda Johnson

Brenda Johnson is the owner and Chef of her catering company " Out Of Your Pantry" and also the creator, host and cook of her up-coming cooking show entitled "OUT OF YOUR PANTRY" cooking show, where she will be preparing quick, easy and delicious meals that your friends and families will enjoy.

Ingredients

2 lbs. Pork Sausage (Mild or Spicy)

1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar

1 1/4 Cup of Ketchup

2 TBSP of Soy Sauce

4 TSP of Fresh Lime Juice

2 1/2 Cup Fresh Pineapple Chopped (you can substitute 1 can of pineapple)

1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon of Minced Garlic or 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder

1 Cup of Orange Bell Pepper

Directions: Heat skillet to medium high heat and spray lightly with cooking spray lightly with cooking spray.

Form sausage into desired size balls and place in skillet. Brown evenly on all sides. Place balls in a Crockpot or

pot and mix remaining ingredients together in bowl and pour over sausage balls. Mix gently and cook on

medium high for 45 mins to an hour. Serve with your favorite dip and enjoy.

Dj Keyth aka Greenspoint Grizzly started Powerhits281 back in November 2009. Dj Keyth has been Dj'n for 12 years. Getting his start in promotions with Smoo G and Da' Fam Entertainment, Keyth got his start on the 1's & 2's at Tradewinds skating rink. During and after graduating with his 1st degree in Marketing from North Harris College, he did street team promo for Motown, Bad Boy, Universal and TVT Records. After college Keyth aka The Greenspoint Grizzly got a taste of spinning at local nightclubs and car shows such as The Velvet Room, Da Spot, and the Texas Showdown Custom Car show with Dj M&M. While a Field Rep for TVT Records, Keyth had the pleasure of doing promo for Lil Jon, Yo Gotti, Pitbull, & Ying Yang Twins.
