2009 saw an explosion of queer porn on the scene, thanks to Good Releasing and specifically their Reel Queer line. Shine Houston has continued to expand the genre online with the ever expanding Crashpadseries.com and now the male focused heavenlyspire.com. Other companies are beginning to develop material, in New York, Toronto, Berlin and San Francisco.

2010, Dolores Park Studios was born. Those of you that know San Francisco queer life, know that Dolores Park is the place to socialize, chill in the sun and celebrate the Trans March and Dyke March. Located between the Castro and Mission, just blocks from the Women’s Building, Dolores Park over looks the city and it celebrates the city. Dolores Park Studios mission is to explore queer all genders sex, as it happens in real life, real San Francisco, by real people. Of course we believe porn stars are real people, so there will be porn stars, and new comers in the mix. You’ll see some of your favorite stars from other San Francisco companies as well as from Trannywood Pictures.
The guys at Trannywood Pictures looked at the landscape and realized there was room for their version of queer all genders porn. Queer porn where trans guys were the norm but included nontrans guys (cisguys) as well as trans women and nontrans women. So began the journey to create a new kind of queer porn, that’s all genders, queer and generally trans centric.
