Home made on the healthy side serving the classics with a twist; wraps with homemade relishes, salads that satisfy, stacked sandwiches with home made bread, sensational soups, bevy of beverage choices and you can even get your just desserts the delicious way.

Chef Dave has enjoyed a life-long love affair with food and generously feeds his appetite for experimenting with cooking creative, healthy-ish meals using techniques and ingredients that promote sustainability of our food system and our local community. He grows and preserves his own fresh vegetables and buys local, organic produce and other supplies whenever possible. He likes to think and cook BIG while keeping things personal with a small, quality-oriented approach, which leaves plenty of time for enjoying life. Good Food, Good Friends and Good Fun...that's what Hearty's is all about!
