i am a fashion designer by trade and by passion. it was my childhood dream to become a fashion designer and have been working towards this goal my entire life. i attended the savannah college of art and design, gaining my bachelors of fine arts in 2006. after college i immediately began work in the apparel industry with catalog retailer lands' end. later i moved to plano to work for mass market retailer jc penney. in addition to the work i do for jc penney i am also an artist and creator. i spend my weekends creating art for my home, knitting accessories to sell and wear, and sewing knit dresses for myself. i love to paint, sew, knit, cook, draw, blog, and be inspired.
