About Us

The Hudson Valley SPCA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in New Windsor, New York,

We are an animal rescue and rehabilitative shelter that is committed to sustainable adoption practices and leading the fight against animal abuse.

Our humane law enforcement officers are the animal cops of Orange County. They are dedicated to saving animals from abuse and prosecuting their abusers. Our officers have won more than 90% of their cases.

The HVSPCA relies solely on public donations and support to operate. We are not affiliated with any other organization, and do not receive funding from federal, state, or county government.
