Established in December 2009, we are one of the newest societies at Huddersfield University. Our society meets on a weekly basis, on Wednesday nights at 7pm upstairs in the Student's Union(Find us). Meetings usually finish around 9pm, and in those two hours, we tend to socialise and watch anime and films.
We'd love it if you could join us and share your interest in this awesome hobby! We intend to have regular trips to anime and manga conventions scattered around the year as well, such as London Expo, Kitcon, and Animecon!
You don't have to be an expert or have knowledge of anime, asian films and manga. We welcome everyone!
Meetings are held every Wednesday Night 7-9PM thoughout the term. Where we watch a variety of Anime and Films. Feel free to pop along any time.
Our meetings are held in the meeting room on the second floor of the students union. (Please see adjacent map)
Being part of AAF entitles your to discounts at the following shops:

Also you will have access to our DVD Libaryand be able to come on trips organised by the society.

Our society runs a DVD lending libary for our members, below you will see our current libary which is regularly updated.
