My name is Hubie Wang. I'm a session guitar player and songwriter in Los Angeles. I graduated summa cum laude from the Berklee College of Music in Boston, and I'm currently playing with the artist Benny Marchant (www.bennymarchant.com) and with my band NYCO (www.nycomusic.com). You can also find me playing for a handful of great independent artists around town, including Dakota Brown (www.everythingdakotabrown.com) and Darius Shipp (www.dariusshipp.com). And I'm in a really fun cover band called the Big Bounce Orchestra (www.bigbounceorchestra.com). I was featured in MTV's "Making His Band" where I reached the finals to audition for P Diddy's touring band, and have performed with artists such as Jason Mraz, Marsha Ambrosius (Floetry) Stephen Perkins (Jane's Addiction) and the late, great Vesta Williams. I've recently had some of my music featured on VH1 and MTV2 and I also write and produce music with some amazing singers and lyricists. I'm endorsed by Mono Cases.
