Mask Mask Federation Members Since 1982, Grand Master Ho Sik Pak has been the owner and Master Instructor of several separate studios, including his first in Woodland Hills, California and his current location in Canoga Park, California. He trained in Korean Soo Bahk Do Association beginning in 1966. He belonged to the U.S. Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation, now called the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Federation, from 1982 to 1994.
He founded the Hwa Rang World Tang Soo Do Federation in 1994, and he continues as its President and Master Examiner today. The Hwa Rang World Tang Soo Do Federation is growing world wide as one of the most efficient and strongest foundations for traditional martial art.
