Homes for a Lifetime, L.L.C. is a small single and two family home building company, located in Weare, NH. Its primary business purpose is development and construction of custom and semi-custom high quality new homes that you would be proud to call home. A lot of other NH builders have a few select floor plans that they choose to construct in each development, or sell already constructed homes. We pride ourselves in being able to develop with the home buyer, a complete home plan that suits the needs and desires of the individual homeowner, while maintaining the character or the development. We have lots in NH developments available, or we can build your new home on a lot that you already own or have identified as one you would like to call home. Our Philosophy
It is the belief of Homes for a Lifetime that the entire housing industry is going through a dramatic transformation right know, the days of the "McMansions" are behind us. It is now time to build energy efficient homes without the need to sacrifice comfort and style. The cost of energy is in an upward trend and is likely to continue that way for the foreseeable future. In order to control how much it cost to maintain our homes they must be built as energy efficient as reasonably possible. The first step in controlling our energy cost is by utilizing much more energy efficient equipment, this requires that the entire home be constructed as an entire system, not just many systems overlapping each other. These energy efficient homes most utilize new construction methods, equipment and materials. The new insulation materials available today require that the entire structure be constructed in a different manner to prevent issues such as mold growth. We have been at the forefront of these new construction techniques and have implemented them in our new homes. We are eager to put this knowledge to work for you in the planning and construction of your next new home, your Home for a Lifetime.

Our newest community, we are currently in the process of acquiring approvals. Located in scenic Hooksett NH, this development has over a mile of walking trail network, and has several historical features being preserved for all to admire. Located off Hackett Hill Road within a mile of Rte-93 and Rte-3 access, this location is a commuters dream. Centrally located less then 15 minutes to Concord and Manchester, making this location extremely desireable without the hassle of trying to cross the Merrimack River, or navigate Rte-28 congestion.

Our Background
We have individually been in the home building field for over 50 years. Bruce Fillmore is a second generation builder who grew up in the home building business, and has been on site learning all the aspects of home building since the mid 60’s. We do not have a lot of industry awards as we would rather concentrate on the business of building quality homes. We sponsor the local school teams through yearly donations, actual field construction and facility design. Feel free to check with the municipalities we have worked in for references.
