A doula is a trained birth companion who provides support before, during and after childbirth. She does not perform any clinical or medical tasts, but does provide emotional, physical and spiritual comfort measures to assist the woman and her partner to achieve their plans for birth. Schedule a free meeting to learn about our doulas or attend a Materni-Tea Meet & Greet.
Join us for a fun and refreshing time of meeting our staff, childbirth educators and doulas. We'll give you tips on how to write a birth plan and answer your questions about doulas. Free and open to the public.
