After over a decade as a 2-piece, countless national tours, and 7 independent releases, brothers Josh & Nicholas Sinclair; known previously as Little Mojo, decided to update their sound, image, and lineup in 2009. The New Year brought with it bassist Seth Hoveland, and a brand new name, HOLLYWOOD BURNOUT. Now a rock-solid 3-piece powerpop trio, the band is poised to reach even more fans with their exciting performances and super-strong songwriting honed during the past 5 years of working with top-notch producers and writers back in New York City.The band was previously signed with PlayTyme Records in New York from 2005-2009 (owned by Richard Nash, former VP at Elektra Entertainment & current VP of urban promotion at Capitol Music Group). Josh & Nicholas worked with various producers including Kenny Gioia (credits include Mandy Moore, Lee Ann Womack, Ingrid Michaelson, etc), Jason Corsaro (credits include Soundgarden, Peter Gabriel, Madonna, etc), and a few other notable industry pros during their 5-year stint with PlayTyme. They have also shared the stage with major artists along the way such as The Rocket Summer, Forever The Sickest Kids, A Fine Frenzy, NEEDTOBREATHE, Carolina Liar, Blind Melon, The Bodeans, & many more.Whether its the years of experience between them, or the promise of whats to come, HOLLYWOOD BURNOUT is just beginning to heat up. Look for a new record in 2010.
