WHO AM I ?
I'm a former prolific hobbyist and currently a Corporate Lawyer living and working in Ohio.I found myself exposed on a National Blacklist Hobbyist Board for some very petty reason and hired a company called Reputation Defenders (which is now simply called Reputation) to remove my "negative online content" from the world wide web.It cost me a little over $4000 and a year later the results were still less than satisfactory. I had a "problem" and it was time to take action on my own.Escorts, Providers and Mistresses can become extremely annoyed over what may be as simple as a miscommunication or misunderstanding; and they may then decide that the best course of action is to ruin the life of a client or married lover without an open dialogue first.We need to protect ourselves from this behavior, or at least be able to resolve the problem and mitigate the potential damage. Removing your posted information from any of these forums can be a daunting and ultimately futile task. One national board insists that no posts will be removed unless a court order issues, and even if this is the case you should be aware that the information they have on you in the private section of the board is enough for a judge to think long and hard before issuing a C&D order.This is complete "horse-hockey". I have been a member of several of these blacklist websites and not one single review has any information about the provider that made the post. Every one of them is anonymous. You can have the information removed since they typically have very little evidence to back up the allegations against you. They are not, and never will be, willing to show up in court at any time to defend their actions. Too much trouble for them when all it will take is a click of the mouse to avoid visiting court and the associated costs. Not to mention the real exposure of the owners behind the veil. They stand behind "Freedom of Speech" But that does not mean it's okay to post negative remarks as a statement of fact without proof.The law will protect you against defamation of character or slander. The girl behind the comment will not be going to court and neither will you.

The "owners" and "hosts" of the online boards where you may have found your details posted are motivated by a number of things; exposure of a so-called wrongdoing by a hobbyist, a revenge/vendetta for an unintended slight, or a financial issue that remains unaddressed. They sell memberships, and some even sell advertising.The information that is commonly posted on a number of boards is largely uninteresting, except to those exposed and the people that know them. Some board owners have even resorted to copying posts from other boards to post on their own; apparently hoping to increase the number of "paid" subscribers.
