Kids Only Inc. provides a safe, fun, active alternative to conventional babysitting. We combine care for your children with great fun and learning activities. Our sitters come to your location to care for your children, both during the day and in the evening. Ages from newborn to 13 years. Your children will enjoy the company of our experienced sitters and you will have peace of mind knowing that they are being cared for by professionally screened caregivers.

Kids Only Inc. is a licensed, bonded, and insured childcare agency. Proud owner Jennifer Sundal, mother of 3 has over 20 years of combined experience working with children. She also realizes the difficulty in finding good, qualified, trustworthy and available sitters. Kids Only Inc. has been designed so that children will love having a sitter come and play with them while their on vacation or parents just want time to themselves. Our goal is to make sure you the parent, are comfortable and relaxed to enjoy your outing.
Kids Only Inc. requires sitters to be enthusiastic, respectful, fun, and encouraging towards all children. They must complete two interviews (which meet the same requirements for daycare facility employment), pass criminal & driving background checks, and be CPR & First Aid certified. We take pride in our sitters being the best in the industry.

We offer endless amounts of fun and games for groups of children, large or small. WeÂ’'ll keep your kids entertained indoor and outdoor with our extensive collection of party games and activities. We offer age appropriate arts and crafts, toys, party games, face painting, sports, and a whole lot more. Whether it be conferences, weddings, group functions or birthdays, let us help you make this the best childrenÂ’s party ever!!!
Kids Only is a PRE-BOOKING Agency
* All rates are based on single families (mulitiple family discounts available)
* There is a 4 hour minimum per session
* Maximum of 4 children per sitter
* Special rates apply on holidays (closed 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Eve)

*Please note: Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation charge. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the booking commencing are subject to the 4 hour babysitting fee. Sitter must be paid cash or check at the end of each shift. Childcare sessions are a minimum of 4 hours.
