is a short environmental advocacy film which aims to spread the value of recycling and love for Mother Earth. It is the legacy project of Miss Philippines-Earth Batch 2009 through the Miss Earth Foundation.
In the film, Noel (Jairus Aquino), son of Victor (Jojit Lorenzo), is a scholar of St.James Elementary School. As part of the school finals,they are required to make a Science Project that pertains to "What are the threats to Mother Earth?"
Join Noel as he juggles life, family and friends, as well as putting the Earth on his hands as he helps people along the way, but putting his own self hanging on the line.

On 24th of March 2010, Project Noel will have it's premier of the film at 6:00 in the evening, and will be held at The Podium, Ortigas Center, Manila.

March 27, 2010 is another yearly Global Switching off of lights as a united and symbolic way to help save the Earth from meltdown.
