At the Olive Tree we aim to fit the right people with the right position in the right Organisation. Organisational culture is important to make the fit last. While it is important to look at skills and competencies, personality and attitude is of utmost importance too. We will submit a complete portfolio of each candidate with CV, references, Behaviour-based interview questionnaire and leadership quotient where necessary.
Women and Leadership will be held on the 8th and 9th of September at the Hilton Hotel with prominent speakers amongst others such as Dr Colinda Linde, Natalie Cunningham, Wits Business School. Keep watching this space for updates. 10% of all the Olive Trees funds generated by Conferences will be donated to Refilwe, a Science Scholarship, SADAG and the seeds will be sown to begin the early stages of the development of an Orphanage.

Needs analyses, Surveys and Individual interviews are used to assess Organisational, team and individual performance. Strategies are then implemented to improve performance starting with the individual, then the team and ultimately the organisation. The Achievement Network is used for optimising behaviours and relationships (not personalities) that link directly to a management process that is founded on practicality, realism, and common sense. Colours are used to link the individuals preferences to the process emphasizing where each individual will have the most impact on the process.
