Charles "Chuck" Williams is originally from Tybee Island, GA with a background in Film and Television, assisting in the production of 7 films, 3 television series, and numerous commercials and promotional campaigns. As a talented graphic and web designer, Chuck lends his skills to the Health Education and Promotion Council's communication team, diseminating information to all of HEAPC's various media outlets. Additionally, he assists HEAPC's partners with communication, graphics, and web design.
