Reiki Hand Positions
These are the Reiki hand positions. You can use your manual as a reference. The important thing to remember is that you are going to do Reiki on each of the seven chakra's. Keep your hands in each position for just a few minutes to start. When you do Reiki more often, you will just have a "feeling" on when to move your hands.
