FASHION STRIKES BACK is an organization of professionals in the Fashion Industry coming together to raise money to help fund organizations that help prevent domestic violence and help heal and educate the victims of domestic abuse. We will be holding this annual event in October each year. October is national domestic violence prevention month. This October we hope to bring one of the most fashionable charity gala events to Southern California. This event is set to feature a night of fashion, music and live entertainment. We will be hosting a cocktail reception with tray passed appetizers, a silent auction with wonderful high end items and a fashion show featuring local designers. We are not a non=profit organization but the money raised at our event will be donated directly to our well-deserving beneficiaries.

Domestic violence is the willful intimidation, physical assault, battery, sexual assault, and/or other abusive behavior perpetrated by an intimate partner against another. It is an epidemic affecting individuals in every community, regardless of age,economic status, race, religion, nationality or educational background. Violence against women is often accompanied by emotionally abusive and controlling behavior, and thus is part of a systematic pattern of dominance and control. Domestic violence results in physical injury, psychological trauma, and sometimes death. The consequences of domestic violence can cross generations and truly last a lifetime.
It is our mission to provide a platform for change and raise funds for selected charities using our connections in the fashion industry providing a one-of-a-kind night of Fashion and philanthropy. We are looking for individuals who want to create change and make an impact.
