About "Between A Rock And A Hard Place"
Meet the crew: Darius, aka D-Rock, is a rising rap artist and a well known cheater who's engaged to his pregnant high school sweetheart that involves a relationship based on untrustworthiness and lack of intimacy.
Then, there's his crew - Tammy, the Public Relations and stylist who is a promiscuous lesbian and addict with a dark, childhood secret; Dave, the no-nonsense manager and Jevon, aka DJ Chem, who is struggling with his brother stealing his mothers income which results with Chem trying to take care of her as well as his own finances. They all are adjusting to managing their independent label, fast growing fame, fortune and trials and tribulations that come along with it. During this journey, they meet a malicious video model, Radiance, who is introduced to them by Tammy and from that point, their worlds start crumbling down.
Each individual faces their own demons, betrayal begins to brew in the group and many secrets come to light in which Radiance finds out once she temps for the group and also from a trusty source. Radiance uses this information to bribe Darius and if he doesn't comply, she will take her information to the media for her own fame and fortune. Will Darius give into her demands? Or will his fans, as well as his fiance, find out about his and his crew dirty past and lifestyle, which can possibly damage their career as well as his relationship?
While this decision is being made, Radiance faces death for her maliciousness and has to choose between fortune and death. Will she die for fame or fortune or realize it's not worth it?
