Twenty five years experience in the west end in Arts, Marketing and Ticketing. I have introduced many changes during my time at a senior level, such as internet sales live from the database; a new phone system so that reporting on statistics for phone calls coming into the phone rooms to plan the rota accordingly; have introduced new financial reports to both Delfont Mackintosh and Nimax Theatres. Project managed a new IT and telephone network into seven theatres at Delfont Mackintosh during the theatres upgrades and acquisitions. This project was an intense three year period that came in on time and within budget. Extensive use on Enta and Ticketmaster, in a systems capacity, has enabled me to grasp the intuitive side of many other systems. Experience of analytical reporting from ticketing systems and using the reports for trends and improvements.

The West End Theatre Group that can boast this. 1995-2006 Box Office & Business Systems Manager Delfont Mackintosh Limited Introduced live internet selling, project Managed 7 theatres onto a local area network with full VIOP integration 1986 - 1995 Various roles at The ReallyI Useful Group, Maybox Theatres (Now ATG) and the Criterion Theatre.
