Is a program designed to FIRE YOU UP. This camp focuses on all areas of fitness including cardio, muscular endurance, weight loss, full body strength agility, balance, flexibility and getting the RESULTS you want.
For years I struggled with being overweight and out of shape. I spent the majority of my high school life riding the couch with a 2 Liter Coke and a box of Moon Pies as my co-pilots. Until one day I realized I could either sit there and regret my life forever or get up and do something about it. That was the day my life really began. Through hard work and determination I was able to turn my future around and get fit.
My goal is to give others the tools they need to get physically fit and healthy so they can achieve their dreams.
This is an individual/small group program that focuses on eating right and maintaining a healthy active lifestyle. The program uses basic nutrition and fitness training to help you achieve your personal goals.
