Mrs. Gwyn Estes has been teaching at Compton for 15 years. I attended college at Delta State University and earned a BFA degree with a major in Graphic Art and a double minor in painting and sculpture. I have graduate work in painting, sculpture, photograpy and silkscreen. I earned my teaching certificate at University of West Georgia. I have taught two years at the middle school and highschool level. I belong to Kappa Pi, an honorary Art Fraternity. My interests include painting, sculpture, stain glass making, archeology, nature and gem and mineral collection.
