-To test the ideas of this plan and to get it out in the open, we formed a focus group and conducted quantitative research. We used a survey method to get a feel for how potential customers may react to the plan and what knowledge they already have about energy saving. We distributed the surveys in two ways, one by manually handing them out and the other by forming a group on Facebook where people can join and take the survey. -We felt that this was a good way to get the idea out there on Facebook so people could join our group and read about what the plan proposes. By forming this focus group, we already put the plan out there to make people aware of energy saving and what they can do to help.
