About Groovy Pumpkin
Hello, my name is Jane Glenholmes, and I offer you a very warm welcome to Groovy Pumpkin's exciting new website!
Over the years I have had fun with many crafts, some of which have included rubber stamping, glass painting, photography, drawing, painting (wall murals and pictures), macramé, sewing, and crochet.
I have always been inspired by colours and a love of handmade crafts, so was thrilled to establish Groovy Pumpkin in 2009.
Currently available in our Etsy Store is a varied selection of handmade macramé jewellery, upcycled envelopes, mug cozys, quilted coasters, and crocheted baby beanie hats.

Postage
UK Delivery
All orders over £30 are delivered free of charge.
Orders up to £15 are subject to a £1.25 postage charge.
Orders over £15 and up to £30 are subject to a £2.50 postage charge.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail, by 1st class Recorded Delivery. Items sent by Recorded Delivery will require a signature.
International Delivery
We accept orders for international delivery.
These are subject to a £1.25 delivery charge per item for Wall or Door Hangers, and Name Garlands.
£3.50 delivery charge per item for 3D Felt Pictures and Children's Mobiles.
£7.50 delivery charge per item for all larger items.
Delivery Information
All products will be dispatched within 7 working days of cleared payment, although because everything is made to order, it may take a few days longer during the busy periods, such as Christmas.
If you need an order more quickly, please do emailus, as we will always try and accommodate your needs.
Store Policies
We make handmade personalised gift items, and we like to take pride in their quality and workmanship. Please make a note of the colours and dimensions when placing your order, if these are not to your requirements we will be happy to make one that will be perfect for you.
Payment
We are currently only able to accept payment via our fully stocked Etsy Store, or one of the other Groovy Pumpkin online stores. Please send your payment within 3 days of purchase.
Shipping
Your order will be dispatched within 7 working days of cleared payment, and we will send you a message to confirm your order has been shipped. We will use recycled envelopes when possible to help the environment.
Items will be packaged carefully to ensure safe arrival. We always obtain a Certificate of Postage, so in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged package, please contact us immediately, and we can negotiate a refund or exchange, and make a claim against the Royal Mail after their standard 14 days waiting period.
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer refunds on all of our non-personalised products, provided the item is returned to us within 14 days of purchase. All bespoke products are non-returnable unless the goods are faulty or there has been an error on our part. If you are unhappy with a product please inform us by email as soon as it arrives and we will deal with it immediately.

We respect your privacy and therefore will not sell, rent or lease any customer lists to third parties.
