What is Sonic the Hedgehog 2'09 Edition?
Sonic the Hedgehog 2'09 Edition is a modernised version of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 originally released in 1992.
In Sonic 2'09, Sonic will have his modern abilities such as his homing attack and bounce attack. Tails will also be having his Tail whip abilities.
New Zones will be added and new badniks will also roam the levels.

Sonic the Hedgehog 2'09 Edition will include many new features to make Sonic 2 a better experience. Here are some of the features that will be added:
~Modern sprites (everything will be re-sprited)

Q: When is it going to be released?
A: Release date to be announced.
Q: Who will be playable?
A: Sonic and Tails only.
Q: Are any demo's going to be released or just the final version?
A: Ryuki said he'll be releasing as much as possible so yes, demos will be released. ;3
Q: Can I help in making Sonic 2009?
A: Well, as crazy as it sounds, me and Ryuki plan to create the game ourselves with no help what-so-ever from the community.
Q: Will the music be different?
A: Nope. The music will stay the same although they will be remastered and new instruments will be added.
