What to expect at your photo session?-
When I first arrive I will take the time to meet the family and get to know everyone. I want your child to be comfortable being who they are. We'll do whatever it is that makes them happy. I want to capture that moment in time where their spirit, their personality, all their little quirks that you love so much really come out and shine. Sessions usually last around 1-4 hours. Young children are encouraged to have snacks, breaks, and play time to keep them happy and relaxed. Arrive with your child well fed and well rested.
What to wear?-
For Couples and Families, wear coordinating outfits/colors. Pick a favorite outfit and choose options from the color palatte and coordinate the outfits.Layer your clothing to add a variety of colors and textures. Feel free to bring a series of outfit changes to provide a variety in your session. Keep it simple. Solid colors are best. Avoid any logos or writing on your clothing that would be distracting. Keep in mind to coordinate the color of your shoes as well.
For Seniors, bring at least 5 of your favorite outfits. Don't forget your favorite accessories! Sunglasses, scarfs, purses, shoes, hats.... bring your favorite fashionable items, the items that describe you and your style! Don't forget any sports, band instruments, or memorabilia! This is your day and it will be all about you! Lets make this session describe who you are and reflect upon your memories of High School life. Be a model for a day!

When can you view your photos?-
Your photos will be ready for viewing usually no later than 2-3 weeks after your session. I strive to complete your gallery within the first week if possible. We will decide whether you want to set up a gallery password at your session that you will use to view your gallery or if you don't want a password, Images will also be uploaded to the facebook fanpage.
You may share this password with your family and friends. All prints, including greeting cards, canvas prints, framed prints, etc. will be available for purchase through your personal gallery here:

Once you have been notified that your gallery is complete and available online, your Cd will be shipped out.
Payment is accepted through Paypal or Cash.
Terms & Conditions-
A retainer of half of your portrait session is due when your session is booked, which will be added to your total session balance. This non-refundable deposit is to ensure that your spot is held exclusively for you and to protect us if you cancel or don’t show. In the event that you need to reschedule your session, your deposit will be applied to your next session as long as one weeks notice is given. If you don’t notify us of cancellation within one week of your session, your deposit will be forfeited.
In the case that you will be late to the session you need to give a 24 hour notice on how late you will be. Otherwise your session starts at the normal time and will end when it is supposed to.
In the event of bad weather, we will reschedule your session for another time.
Summerana Photography will choose the best quality images from your session, you will not proof every image that was taken due to malfunction such as eyes closed, etc. We reserve the right to discard these images.
Absolutely no unfinished work will be offered to the client. Processing is apart of what we do and we will not give out unprocessed images.
Summerana Photography reserves the right to use your images for any purpose which may include, among others, advertising, marketing, promotion and publishing to its Facebook fanpage or website. All images are copyrighted by Summerana Photography. Copying, scanning, saving or reproducing images without the written permission of the photographer is prohibited. By hiring Summerana Photography, you agree to these terms.
