profit organisation. Since 1999 they
have delivered live and recorded music to the bedsides of 184,000 patients, families and caregivers in healthcare facilities.
Music can have a profound effect on the body and psyche. It is used to help children with special needs, for cancer patients, in pain management, to alleviate depression, to lower blood pressure, to promote movement, to calm patients, to ease muscle tension and for many other benefits.

The essence of musical instruments combined with
the subtle colours, of rarefield shapes such as green
trees rising up to the sky, and of faces and silhouettes.
These are the instruments of jazz music.. A tenor
horn fades into sienna, a violin into the yellow-
ochre, whilst the shapes counterbalance it with
the expert hands that give substance to the bow
with pitch and dance as if they were a Matisse.
Ravo feeds his inspiration from Africa and the
Orient. For him silence is tactile and olfactory
and he can find it in the scent of curry, the
circular mantra and Moroccan Gnawa's trance.
In his sonorous work, you can feel silences coming
from afar and landing in Napoli after travelling
across Gibralter; they go through ancient paths,
where the sound is in the shapes and its space
in the sunny solitude of colours.

For over 20 years Italian designer, Antonio Loffa has been creating an illuminating presence in homes, restaurants, hotels and business's in Italy and for fortunate tourists who find his shop in Castiliogne del Lago, Umbria, Italy.
Re-cycled works of art, made from the mechanical pieces of cars, tractors, motor scooters, helicopter rotors, pistons, bicycle parts, kitchen gadgets and musical instruments.
With his artisan lighting Antonio fulfils a personal satisfaction of not supporting the 'use' and 'throw away' mentallity of today's world and also takes the initiatives of his father to respect objects, to mend a hundred times or be profitably used for something else, thus possessing its own new personality and almost perpetual destiny.
Antonio originally comes from the South of Italy, which means he is a man of great passion one of those passions being music. He is often known to leave home without his telephone but never without his harmonicas for playing the Blues.
