Hi, my name is Giovanni, I'm an experienced software engineer. After many, and many, years in which I think about my passion for cooking, finally is borned Cuoco per Casa .
Starting from the idea that quality of meals have the same (or more) importance than quantity. From the idea that food is necessary to fill the body , but - in the same time - it need to satisfy the soul.

To enjoy with your loved ones a different menu, created with your taste and requirements, prepared and tasted in the warmth of your house, we propose to you a Personal Chef services, at your home.
This type of services, called Personal Chef, is distinguished from Catering Services in preparation of meals that is done directly in the house of customer. In this way betters are warranties about quality and ways as the dishes are done, furthermore the customer can buy food from his/her trusted supplier, leaving the Chef to prepare meals only.
To warranty maximum quality and timing, we serve only small requests (starting from 2 up to 15 persons).
Unless different agreements, table service staff must be contracted by the customer.

How to request and obtain our services? Nothing is simpler. After you called us, we will define a day to meet you. In this meeting we will do an inspection of the place where the service must be paid, we will define menu/meals , number of persons and all will be necessary to satisfy your needs.
Inspection and all others related activities to define the service budget, not binding in any way the customer and are totally free of charge .
After purchase order is signed, it can be cancelled * within 24h. before service, without any penalty, it will only be requested to refund food/ beverage already buyed.
* Cancellation must be requested at least 24h. before starting service, by e-mail at info_cuocopercasa.com. If cancellation is requested after, we will apply a penalty of 50% on the total cost as in purchase order signed.

With this service we only cook and portioning of meals. The choice of menu dishes and buy food is done by the customer.
Cookery & Menu
20.00 €/pax
With this service we will do all activities necessary . From menu creation (following customer requirements), buy food/ beverage, to cook and portioning meals.
Look & Learn
25.00 €/h.
You like to see and learn how to make Salentinian tipical dishes (orecchiette/ maccheroncini). And pizza? Or how to make filled chocolates with you preferred ingredients? This service is for you!
All costs are intended VAT 21% excluded. Unless different agreement, food, beverage and travel costs are excluded too!
