Our Vision
The driving force of ImpactCenter is to build a solid formation in Catholic youth ministry by IMPACTING the life of the youth minister. Knowing that when one youth minister's life is changed it can potentially impact thousands of other lives.
The core of ImpactCenter is first and foremost to minister spiritually youth ministers. Our team of professionals provide training, mentoring/coaching, and make available valuable resources.

JIM BECKMAN, Founding Member and Executive Director
Jim has more than 20 years of experience in youth ministry in various positions of leadership on both the parish and national level. He has also served as the Director of Catechesis for the National LIFE TEEN Program, Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry for St. Frances Cabrini Parish in Littleton, CO, and as liaison to the US Conference of Bishops. Jim is a passionate and dynamic speaker! Recognized nationally, he has spoken to hundreds of thousands of young people over the years.
