Once in a lifetime Opportunity...
Now the banks are finding new opportunities, the remaining determined corporate survivors are jockeying for the top "Pheonix from the Flames" position. Good. For them and for their stock holders.
But how about the opportunity for regular individuals? There are good opportunities in real estate right now, for "everyone else." Real estate never was (or, never should have been!) part of anyone's get-rich-quick play. Real estate remains a very good get-rich-slow game.
This marketplace in particular favors first-time home buyers, residential investors,trade-up buyers, and luxury home purchasers who are well-positioned.It is very easy, in fact, to advance one's net worth right now, if you make wise moves, and take advantage of variability in the marketplace.
Opportunity is out there for almost everyone. Give me a call to talk more about how to find your opportunity.

Thank you for selling the house so quickly, and keeping us on target. You really did a wonderful job.
I was so relieved that it sold in a month! I loved that home, but it is great to be out from under it.
I don’t think this day (closing) would have ever come if not for all your extra, hard work. Thank you!

I completed my undergraduate degree at Smith College during the recession of the late 1980's. My first jobs out of college were in marketing and account management. I worked for a book distributor and then a direct marketing company where I served Fortune 500 clientelle. After getting my Master's in Geography, I worked for a year as a Planner with Tri-Met, then started working for Microsoft on their mapping products, as International Program Manager. I changed jobs internally, in time becoming a Business Manager for Office and Home Products in the OEM Group.
My first home was a fixer estate sale in Wallingford, Seattle. We remodelled it and finished an unfinished basement, added a bathroomchanged windows, built an outbuilding/art studio, landscaped -- the works. Proceeds from the sale of that home were quite literally life changing, though we sold in a buyer's market.
After starting a family, I refocused my priorities on my kids, writing, home-grown food, and art. Soon, I also decided to pursue a long-held desire to become a Real Estate Agent, because of my belief that home ownership is very important in so many ways, to individuals and to their communities.
I now live in Gig Harbor, a beautiful maritime community near Tacoma, and I feel lucky to continue to work in real estate in such challenging and interesting times, and priviledged to help people acheive their goals.
