48 Hour Turnaround Service
with SMS Reminder
Contact us and book your instrument into our workshop for a particular day. We'll only keep it for 48 hours. We'll even send you a reminder text 24 hours before you're appointment. Can't get simpler than that!
Quotes are only given once we sight the instrument making sure you don't get charged for work you don't need done. Because you're dealing directly with the experts you don't pay a retail markup on repairs. Deal direct and save!

Don't do it yourself!
As handy as you might be with a screwdriver or tube of superglue, please do not attempt to repair your child's instrument.
Instruments are precision items and you can easily alter the acoustics and settings of the instrument, not to mention invalidate any warranties. Our technicians use specialist equipment and tooling to repair and service your instrument.
Accidents happen and children drop or damage their instruments. If your instrument has been damaged, a mouthpiece is stuck or it simply won't play properly, contact us immediately.
