Who Is Miss.YaDigg
B.K.A Genesis
Born in Michigan and raised in Georgia,Genesis B.k.a Miss.YaDigg was born in mid-80's. She is the oldest of 4 siblings and the only girl. Growing up Genesis took on a lot of responsibility fast. Being the oldest, she had to look after her three little brothers while her mom worked to make sure they had food, shelter and clothing. Having never met her father, Genesis overcame the wilds and temptations most young ladies fall prey to while looking for love and acceptance from a man. At age 21, Genesis met a young talented female rapper who asked Genesis to be her hype girl. The connection was immediate and powerful and the two quickly begin to travel and perform at shows all over the southeast region. After two years of ministry together, the two young ladies decided to part ways and Genesis found a new calling; graphic design. Genesis has done graphic work for many non-profit organizations, independent artists and events. In 2007 she created all the graphic work for Cee Cee Michaela’s HolyWood Reatreat and Godz Girl Network. Genesis has also tried her hand at acting in the early part of 2007 she was featured in the stage play “What the Devil Meant for Evil, God Meant for Good”. Later she produced graphic work for the Stop the Violence Tour and Peace Party. She also created a commercial for Gena6 Benefit Concert in Alabama. One Voice One Sound Concert Tour sought out Genesis’ expertise for their city to city tour and she created the graphic work for their myspace pages and interviewed artists such as Halftime, Rob, Juney Boomdata and Cash Camp 22 for their tour video footage. Genesis now is working on her first solo project where she lends her rapping skills to help promote positivity through music and encourage today’s generation to strive to overcome the negativity they may face in their lives. She also hosts her own blogtalk radio show, “its ‘Bout Time”, where she talks about real issues that plague today’s generation and helps come up with spirit-led solutions. Genesis’ goals for the future is to continue to develop her acting skills, radio announcer abilities, make her mark on the graphic design industry and finishing her album . She is currently working on pushing her new single, “Get Outta Here” featuring Titus and produced by Titus. All in all Genesis hopes to please God with the talents and abilities he has given her.
