Here is how you can make $1,000, $3,000, $7,000, or more per year depending on the amount or referrals your send. 20% of the listing side if you refer a seller, or 20% of the sales side if you refer a buyer of any transactions.
G. B. Costa Realty is referral company holding licenses since 1987 for agents who do not want to actively list or sell real estate. Refer Buyers and Sellers to full-time licensed agents and get paid for just a buyers or sellers contact information.
No MLS dues, board dues NAR dues, no listing or selling. You get 20% of the total commission earned on the listing or selling side, or both sides if you send a buyer and a seller.
Lets do a little math.
$400,000.00 X 6% = $24,000.00
List side $12,000.00 x your 20% = $2,400.00 Your Money your cost for the year $100.00 your profit $2,300.00. The amount you make is up to you, no cuts on percentages, no limit.
Requirement: Be a licensed to sell real estate in the state of Maryland, maintain your continuing education and renew your license when required
