Mandala is the Sanskrit term for 'circle' or 'well-rounded' and represents wholeness and balance in the cycle of life.
In Mandala Training we workout in a circle rather than a military grid formation and the majority of our exercises have a circular aspect rather than linear as is often the case with gym machines.
Circular movements are more appropriate and specific for all sports and general activities, whether throwing a punch, pedalling, paddling, or lifting the groceries out of the car.
