My passion for creating new and interesting works of art has lead me on a path of discovery through many different mediums in the past 20+ years.
Currently, I am most driven to use a plamsa cutter and welder to create 3-Dimensional steel sculptures. I prefer to use the inherent colors of the metal and add color by heating with a torch to create blue, purple, and golds or by rusting it to produce a rich natural patina.
I am always creating something, whether it be a wall sculpture, jewelry, or yard art. I would love to make a piece perfect for your home or office.
A Native of bismarck, ND Karman received her art education from Minnesota State University, Moorhead and Southern Illinois University. Her home and studio are in rural Moorhead, MN.
She has been a member of Gallery 4, Ltd since 2003.
