Scheduling your visa appointment
Consular sections in various locations have specific requirements for making appointments. Some embassies use the online Dept of State Appointment system and some have telephone systems only.
Some require the applicant to purchase a pin (like in the Bahamas) in the country where the embassy is located at and some don’t. [...] Continue here.
Requirements
Applicants are required to fulfill certain conditions in order to apply for visas at US Consular Sections.
Each embassy has a website which details the kind of requirements they are expecting to be fulfilled by applicants in order to apply for a visa at that location. The busier the Embassy the more complex and detailed the requirements become.

As a first time applicant for any time of Non-Immigrant visas, you will be required to apply in your home country, meaning the country where you are currently residing in or have strong social, economic and financial ties to.
Nowadays, the vast majority of applicants need to be interviewed in person and their digital fingerprints taken at the window before a consular officer will conduct an interview.
Interview Preparation
Be prepared. Be confident. Tell the truth.
Everything is possible at an interview. Everything is important from the way you dress, your demeanour to the mood of the officer that day. LISTEN and reply. Listening to instructions is crucial.

dealing with denials
Dealing with refusals can be a very frustrating experience. Applicants for both Non-immigrant and Immigrant visas find themselves in the awkward situation of being refused a visa to the US. This situation can create an enormous emotional and financial toll on the applicant who is genuine and wants to do the right thing by going through the legal channels . However a large majority of refusals can be attributed to misunderstandings and lack of preparation on the part of the applicant. The officer has very little time to make a decision and therefore being prepared for the interview is a good way to avoid difficult situations.
Business Plan writing
TIPS FOR A GOOD PLAN
Information which is useful includes type of business, its structure, human ressource management, procurement, vendors, location , networking , costs, inventory, planning for employment expansion, balance sheet. If you buy an active business you should obtain financial information from the previous owner such as Tax returns, 941 Employee Returns, contracts signed by the business with vendors, all liabilities not obvious to the naked eye. In order to possibly limit liability it is a good rule of thumb to create a brand new company to handle the current business vs buying the old existing business entity.
We write business plans for all your E2, L1 or E1 Visa needs. A 5 years business plan is required when applying for your E2 Investors visa. We have written dozens of business plans which were successfully accepted at all consular posts abroad. In order to start a business plan you will need to gather information related to your business and do a market research to make sure your business is going to be successful.
