B.A.Clemson University, Industrial Engineering Degree Awarded May 2011
Concentration: Human Factors
Relevant Coursework: Systems Design, Design and Analysis of Work Systems, Industrial and Occupational Safety, Human Factors Engineering, Managing Systems Under Risk.
Currently Enrolled: Research Methods in Ergonomics and Human Computer Interaction.
Research Experience
Graduate Research Assistant in The HCC Lab at Clemson University Directed by IDEas Professor Dr. Juan Gilbert. Currently working on 3 projects including being the team lead on an online video gaming project which examines user satisfaction with a simulated cable network.
Performed an ergonomic assessment of the press brake process at Sneider Electric Plant (Seneca,SC). Final recommendations were chosen by plant manager and ergonomic specialist to be considered for implementation in the facility. (2011)
Undergraduate Research: Worked with Dr. Scott Shappell (Clemson University) and Dr. Jaclyn Baron to investigate general aviation pilot weather decision making skils and the influence of passenger pressure.
