Attorney Blake A. Filippi is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a BA in History and a Minor
in Global Business. He received a Juris Doctorate from the Rutgers-Camden School of Law.
A former judicial law clerk in the Rhode Island Supreme Court Law Clerk Department, Mr. Filippi
had the distinct privilege to serve the Honorable Judith C. Savage and the Honorable Allen P. Rubine.
Mr. Filippi also served as a clinical intern prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases in the
Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
Currently, Mr. Filippi has offices in Providence and Block Island and is licensed to practice
in all state Courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, the United States District Court for
the District of Rhode Island and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island.
While not practicing law, Mr. Filippi is an avid outdoorsman, raising horse and cattle.
