DALIEN, aka 13 HANDS will be sharing a deeply grounding Full Moon Yoga practice class consisting of Chakras 1-3 and some Kapha-based poses as you¹re fed Vegan snacks in various standing poses.
There will be a special extended and blissful, 45 minute savasana where you¹ll be transported into deep relaxation, "Pink Floyd-ian states of samadhi", shamanic dream states, universal realms of supreme consciousness and complete bladder relaxation. You¹ll be provided a towel.
13 HANDS will weave a sonic tapestry to support your natural breathing
rhythm with the use of of gongs, bowls, Hang drum, native flutes, ambient
guitar and various percussion. You¹ll be brought back from savasana with
gentle and relaxing tones of live tuba and plastic bags being
ruffled. Just kidding! Be prepared to have fun...and yes, you can most
certainly laugh in a yoga class.
