This musical quartet started in the summer of 2010 in Lisbon, Portugal, by Pedro Martinho , Bernardo Rolo , João Mendes and Miguel Quitério.
They started playing every friday at Trobadores, a medieval tavern in the center of Lisbon known by the great meads and licoors from the early ages.
The music played by Magmell is meant to entertain and transport the listeners into the "otherworld", the place were they will meet ancient cultures and spirits.
The dance is also an important content of the concert, Magmell's music is very happy and energetic with a lot of power, and it will be hard not to start dancing with it.
