The studio is located in the East Beaches in a beautiful loft in Leslieville. It is a joint effort, between a local group of private investors and volunteers. It is the brainchild of George Flowers, who has a major part in the planning and implementation of the studio being built.
The goal of FMG Studios is to allow independent artists access to major label quality compositions, at a cost that independent artists can afford. With over 2 decades of service and experience and firm industry contacts, Flux Media Group utilizes its proven track record to get artists the exposure they deserve.

Shannon graduated from the Human Services Administration Program at Sheridan College with High Honours.
Immediately following College Shannon went to work at the Mississauga Chapter of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada. While at the Heart and Stroke Foundation she successfully chaired and/or co-chaired numerous fundraising events including: Jump Rope for Heart, Hoops for Heart, Big Bike and Dress Red for Heart Day. Through these events she helped to raise over $500,000 for the foundation.
Since 1998, Shannon has been employed at The Hospital for Sick Children where she is an Administrative Assistant in the Division of General and Thoracic Surgery. In 2010, she added to her portfolio when she became the education co-ordinator for the Division of General and Thoracic Surgery. In her new role Shannon has revamped the education program, set up reviews for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeon of Canada, Organized conferences for general surgery residents from across North America in Ottawa and Boston.
Shannon joined the Fluxmobb team in 1999 with our sister company Fluxmobb Computer Consultants Inc. While there Shannon learned and became proficient with the building of computer systems, PC repairs and website building in both Dreamweaver and Flash.
It was a natural step that Shannon joined the Flux Media Group team when we opened our doors for the first time.
Shannon handles the day to day administrative functions for FMG Records. In addition, she has organized 8 succesful FMG Save-A-Child benefit concerts in support of the No Boundaries team at The Hospital for Sick Children.
When it comes to getting her hands dirty Shannon jumps in full force. On set of Video Shoots she is the "Jack of all Trades" making sure people arrive on set on time, are ready to go with make-up and costumes done, making sure the schedule is adhered to and ensuring that all perofrmers are looked after.
Always wanting to expand her knowledge base Shannon sits in on recording sessions and has learned the process involved in building a track. Her keen attention to detail allows her to pick up new knowledge quickly and she can now record vocal sessions for artists.
Linda Flowers graduated from Park Business College in Hamilton from the Medical Secretarial program. She then went on to get an Honours Diploma in PC Administrative Assistant from Retter Business College in Toronto.
Since graduating Linda has worked in different industries including Banking, Community Services and Accounting as an Administrative Assistant to department heads and Partners of multinational corporate firms.
Currently Linda works as an Administrative Assistant at a large accounting firm in the Greater Toronto Area, handling all the day to day functions of reception, greeting clients, opening mail, processing all couriers. She provides administrative support to 8 senior partners and 4 managers. Linda also handles the time and billing system, posting all payments in the system and prepares month end reports and close for the controllers. Her attention to detail makes her the “go to” person when it comes time for the partners to make travel arrangements and complete special projects.
For 17 years Linda worked as the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director of Dhue Adolescent Services. While there Linda was responsible for preparing all reports and correspondence, arranged training seminars and ordered supplies to maintain both household. In addition Linda handled the accounts payable and receivables, bank reconciliations, petty cash and maintained payroll records.
Linda joined Flux Media Group in the mid-1990’s when she began as a book keeper for our sister company FluxMobb Computer Consultants Inc. Linda handles all of the financial records, accounts payable and receivable, tracking of billable hours and creation of invoice for our clients. It was therefore a natural progression when FluxMedia Group opened its doors that Linda would carry on as our book keeper.
Linda is proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher, Simply Accounting, PACS (Practice Administration) time and billing system and is certified in Workplace Health and Safety.

Noel Scott just recently joined our team at FMG Records bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience to our media department.
Noel is a recent graduate from Fanshawe College where he studied both Broadcast Journalism and Television News.
While in college Noel was able to gain hands on experience in a variety of media positions. A former volunteer at Rogers Television in London Noel operated studio cameras during daily live television shows, Guest relations for Daytime London and Hosted Gay Pride parade 2009. While still at Rogers Television London Noel worked on Forest City Pride where he created, porduced, hosted and directed a seven part LGBTQ mini series focusing on community groups and issues.
Noel has also completed an internship with CBC Radio, Thunder Bay where he compiled newsworthy ideas for the days newscast and Voyage North. He also performed interviews on Location and in office for news stories to be aired during newscasts.
Most recently Noel was the promoter for Metro News in London where he was reasponsible for the distribution of daily news paper at the public level.
With Noel's extensive knowledge in television, radio and print he is a key member and director of FMG Records Media Department. Having experience on both sides of the camera Noel will bring new insight into productions from design to implementation.

Katina is a graduate of the Business Administration program at Cambrian College in Sudbury.
Katina is a 'people person" and enjoys being able to help others. That coupled with her strong Administrative knowledge led her to her first job after graduation at Dr L.N. Hughes office as a medical secretary / book keeper. Here she managed the day to day office activities with a patient load of over 500. In addition she processed all OHIP billings, payroll and accounts payble and recievables.
In 2000 Katina moved to Toronto and quickly landed a job at the Hospital for Sick Children as an Administrative Assistant. She provides executive level administrative support to the Department Director and over 80 clinicians. Katina is also in charge of coordinating patient appointments, book keeping and supervising and evaluating co-op students and volunteers. With her attention to detail and strong work ethic Katina was also in charge of implementing new management systems for electronic scheduling, online referrals and workload measurement in her department.
Katina joined Flux Media Group in 2008 to assist with the administrative functions of the office. Her strong communication skills and ability to build a strong rapport with clients was a hit with our artists!
Katina assisted with the highly successful CD release party for Mr. Flowas Yardcore CD and numerous video shoots.
With her book keeping skills, proficiency in computers and the ability to multi-task, Katina makes sure things stay on track and are completed both on time and within the proposed budget guidelines
