Bio Katia Baskina was born in Moscow, Russia in 1978. She lived there for 14 years and proceeded to move to Durban, South Africa with her family. She moved to United States in 1996 and started her art education at MCAD and than transfered to MICA after receiving a scholarship there. She graduated from MICA with a BFA in Graphic Arts.Currently Katia is an Art Teacher at a special educatio scool and a freelance artist and graphic designer.
