Our company has been working for over 30 years with increasing results in the fields of food, cosmetics and pharmaceutics with special reference to f
illing systems (Form-Fill-Seal, Fill-Seal - also aseptic - and Pouch filling, also in the pharmaceutical field) and decoration/labelling systems(in particular shrink sleeve, stretch sleeves, roll-fed labels and shrink roll-fed labels).
Not only we manufacture and supply sleeves & labels together with the relevant application machine but we also offer a special co-packing service (on behalf of our customers we decorate their containers with the sleeves/labels produced for them).

DECORATION/LABELLING
We offer customized solutions for both materials and packaging systems: we can study together with the customer the best solution ranging from stretch or shrink sleeves, to roll-fed labels, shrinkable roll-fed labels or cut&stack and pressure sensitive labels (providing also a range of samples and mock-ups) and we can suggest the specific application machine, supplying also complete lines starting from the filling machine until the final decoration.

NEWS and EVENTS
In occasion of Drinktec exhibition held in Munich from 14 to 19 September 2009, we introduced a new patent system called SLEEVEPACK, which consists in a shrink sleeve wrapping two or more containers together.
FINPAC presents a new and revolutionary packaging system, with the potential to save between 30% and 60% of the sleeving costs.
SLEEVEPACK TM, the name of this patent pending system incorporates the primary label for each unit within the multipack sleeve itself, resulting in a great economy of material.
With SLEEVEPACK TM, the sleeve doesnt cover 100% of each product surface, but is a part of the single external sleeve that is used to bundle 2,3 or 4 single products. A pre-perforation made by the sleeving machine permits the easy opening of the pack, leaving a partially sleeved surface on each individual product. This is possible because of the hot melt printed in register under the sleeve which is activated during thermal shrinkage.
In this way as the multipack sleeve is removed, an irremovable portion remains adhered to each individual product carrying the branding & any mandatory information required by law.
This new system offers a distinct advatage in the beverage industry, especially for dairy and soft drink products where it can completely avoid the cost of the cluster, due to the bundling function of this sleeve.
Last but not least, the saving of material represent a major environmental initiative for all customers who want to put in evidence the very high “ecological sensibility” of this new packaging system.

SHRINK SLEEVE
The Shrink Sleeve is a printed tubular plastic film which, once applied to the container and shrunk through a hot air or steam tunnel, perfectly conforms to the shape of the container, thus becoming part of the same.
The brilliance of the colours and the high quality print effects achievable make the shrink sleeve the best choice for all those who want to maximize their brand impact on the shelves.
Shrink sleeves can be used for totally (from the base to the top) or partially decorating the container and can also function as a guarantee seal, offering maximum safety and tamper-proofing while allowing easy opening.
The pre-perforation can be made either during converting operations or during sleeve application, in which case the sleeving machine must be suitably equipped for this purpose.
We can offer a wide range of graphic solutions thanks to the use of rotogravure machines up to 9 colours and to special inks and lacquers that give opalescent, metallised and fluorescent effects as well as shiny, matt and silk finishes.

STRETCH SLEEVE
Stretch Sleeves are tubular labels (sleeves) in stretchable PE allowing a 360° decoration.
This environmental friendly and low-cost decoration system exploits the elastic properties of polythene (elastic memory): the sleeves require neither glue application nor heat shrinking to be applied on bottles.
The stretch sleeves have recently undergone an unprecedented evolution, which is mainly due the extensive research aiming at developing more and more elastic and transparent materials.
Nowadays we can decorate with stretch sleeves containers and bottles with shapes until recently designated to shrink sleeve decoration, which, together with the high quality flexo printing and the extreme material gloss and transparency, respond to the most exigent requests of customers.
The different specific density between sleeve and container allows easy separation and thus recycling and the absence of glue guarantees that no agents can migrate to the product contained.
