Mexico is more than an investment for us. It is a place where we build memories. It is where grandma and grandpa feel young again. It is where our 3 yr old boy learned to swim without a lifejacket. It is where our 1 yr old girl touched her first baby alligator. It is where everyone has learned a little spanish. And, for some weird reason, all of the kids enjoy tasting sand at the beach. This is Mexico!

Villamar is our beautiful new home built Dec 2008 in the laid back, upscale town of Puerto Aventuras (Adventure Port), just 14 km (10 miles) south of Playa del Carmen in the Mayan Riviera.
With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, this 2 storey home is roomy and great for your family. It has all authentic mexican handcrafted furniture and holds a real mexican feel.
The beach and a lagoon are only a short walk of 2 blocks away. Or, you can watch the golfers tee off while you relax in the pool in the back yard.
Puerto Aventuras is known for being laid back and quieter than busy Playa del Carmen. It is the place where all the yachts, fishing boats, and cruisers come to port at the end of the day. It has wonderful fresh restaurants with the best surf and turf around, at a price cheaper than downtown Playa del Carmen. It also has the famous Dolphin Discovery right in the port by the restaurants. Watch or swim with the dolphins right here!
There is a small grocery store, as well as internet cafe's, ATM's, fishing charters, and local shopping all around the port, which is short walk away from our home. And ladies... there is a high class spa just around the corner! Full spa and workout facilities at your convenience.

Playa del Carmen, Mexico
Magia 20 is a project in progress in the heart of Playa del Carmen. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo unit in a complex that is very centrally located in Playa. Only a few blocks to the beach and the heart of the nightlife of Playa, Magia 20 is perfect for those wanting to be part of the action.
Welcome to the famous Mayan Riviera. This includes most of the east coast of the Yucatan Peninsula, from Cancun on the north end to Tulum about 120km south.
Playa del Carmen is a unique town situated about 1/2 hr drive south of Cancun airport. All of our properties are located within the Playa del Carmen area. Playa del Carmen has world famous beaches which are absolutely stunning. In fact, legend has it that most of the Corona beer commercials are filmed a few minutes outside of Playa del Carmen.
This area has everything to offer - from fine dining on 5th Ave to snorkeling in the cenotes (underground caverns filled with freshwater), and don't forget sunbathing on the beautiful beaches. Jungle ATV tours, parasailing, and nightlife lure the adventurist as well.
There has been some negative media recently about Mexico and the dangers therein, however it is somewhat biased and speaks mainly of border towns and a small group that taints Mexico with a bad name.
Mexico thrives on tourism, and the people respect the tourists with an excellent courtesy. They are humble and try to do their very best to make your vacation one to remember. We have 3 children under the age of 4, and we travel there many times a year, and each time we never want to leave! It truly is an incredible place.
